There are several ways to give a gift to the Foundation.
Direct Giving – make a one-time contribution at the dollar amount you choose.
Fellows Programs – individuals can join our Fellows Program and organizations & businesses can join our Community Fellows Program. Fellows Programs are designed for multi-year gifts and have recommended giving levels. Recognition will be given on a yearly basis for those who contribute within that calendar year.
Memorial & Tributes – make a donation in honor of someone. We will send a card to the recipient and/or their family indicating you have made a gift in their name.
Chapter 50 – this is a unique and new giving group honoring those within their 50th year of practicing law. Contributions from Chapter 50 will be designated to our scholarship programs.
Planned Giving – legacy gifts have many options as you can designated funds to a particular program withing the Foundation or $10,000+ gifts can be used to establish a new designated fund.
Cy Pres Awards – final surplus funds in class action cases, and sometimes other types of court proceedings, that cannot be distributed to class members or beneficiaries, can be given to the Foundation. Contributions from Cy Pres awards are generally designated to our Court Grant Awards Program unless specified otherwise.
