OBF Grant Applications
Applications for Oklahoma Bar Foundation Court Grants, IOLTA Grants and Bank of America Grants can be found below. All OBF Grants must be used exclusively for charitable purposes in a manner consistent with the mission of the OBF.
The Oklahoma Bar Foundation is an IRS Section 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. OBF Grant activities are funded by attorneys, law firms, and other groups who generously make charitable donations and participate in OBF programs, such as the Fellows Programs, cy pres, residual balance awards and IOLTA. Court Grant Application
The OBF maintains a fund specifically for the benefit of Oklahoma District and Appellate Courts known as the Court Grant Fund. The primary purpose of the Court Grant Fund is to help improve the administration of justice in Oklahoma Courts through grants to fund courtroom technological equipment. IOLTA Grant Application
The IOLTA Grant Application is for law-related non-profit organizations to apply for program funding. Oklahoma Bar Foundation Grantees provide legal services, law-related education and improvements to the administration of justice.
Information regarding the 2018 grant application process will be available soon. The 2017 Grant Application is available below for review only.
Grantees awarded program funding are required to fill out a mid-year report. Mid-year reports are due on July 31, 2017 by 5:00 p.m. for Grantees awarded funding in 2016 for 2017 programming.
Mortgage Foreclosure & Community Redevelopment Grant Application
The Oklahoma Bar Foundation has received funds that can be used for grants related to foreclosure prevention programs and/or community redevelopment programs. The funds cannot be used for general purpose grants. The Oklahoma Bar Foundation will take applications for grants of one-year terms to support programs that meet the foreclosure prevention and/or community redevelopment requirements that are described in the Bank of America RFP Instructions below.
