Oklahoma’s Most Notorious Cases book wins National Award: Author, attorney and historian Kent Frates received The Benjamin Franklin book award that recognizes excellence in book editorial and design.  The award is considered one of the highest national honors for independent and academic publishers.  The book is available for sale by the Oklahoma Bar Foundation and a portion of proceeds of sales through the OBF goes to help support law-related grant programs.  Please contact the OBF at (405) 416-7070 or stop by the Oklahoma Bar Center at 1901 N.
