SB suffered from undiagnosed health issues and lived in an encampment along the highway. He received a municipal ticket in Tulsa County and was paired with a case manager through OBF Grantee, Mental Health Association of Oklahoma – Municipal Services Docket. To his surprise, he received the help he desperately needed.
